From 2009 to 2013, in between shooting for her two series “Rabbitholes and Revelations” and “Not Wonderland”, AnnMarie experimented with performance art and documenting it. In this particular series, and as a lover of the Pre-Raphaelite and Renaissance art and dance, she visited several museums in the United States and England dressed in medieval dress and either performed in front of paintings and sculptures or interacted with them. This type of "live" performance" also mirrors that of her job as an artists' model and acts as almost another form of self-expression.
